Plenitude

Fullness is the state of a thing or person that has reached its moment of maximum perfection or development. To be fully is to live as a body-soul. Free is he who finds no impediments when he moves. Heaven and earth accompany in the acts that arise from his full being.

The complement of fullness is the fulfillment. Fulfillment consists in the development of the individual's own potential. Realizing oneself is expressing our talents, gifts and abilities in the world.

In the Mandala of Emotions fullness belongs to the family of virtues.

The good exercise of virtue leads us to happiness, the bad exercise of virtue to the loss of happiness. This depends on the mode, the occasion and the duration of the emotion.
